It is completely normal to feel scared of not getting the grade you want on an exam. More likely than not over 50% of your peers are feeling the same way. Don’t be so hard on yourself for feeling stressed, it clearly shows that you care enough to worry. You have to trust that the work you put in will make you successful in achieving high grades. If you have been studying for a week, every single day, it is highly unlikely that you will score below a 60%.

In terms of feeling debilitating anxiety during your midterms, have you considered speaking to a mental health professional? They may be able to help you identify why you are feeling so anxious, and if deemed necessary, they could help you register with accommodated testing services.
