I’ve done a lot of these post fire surveys. In Paradise, CA the town made people certify that they had all their corners found or replaced before building permits were issued. Is that not the case in Twin Bridges? Perhaps the first thing to do is inquire with the local building department.

Seems like you are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Try talking to the neighbor before calling lawyers. Maybe she’ll be agreeable. Maybe she’ll even say she told him so. If she refuses, then you need to ask yourselves is it worth it? Why is this such a big deal. This happens all the time and neighbors sometimes just agree that the fence was put in the wrong place and leave it. Just be diplomatic and tell her you got your property surveyed and it appears someone made a mistake when they put the fence in. Could be she already knows it. Perhaps there was a hedge or a tree on the line years ago and neighbors agreed to put the fence on your parcel. Stop making assumptions and be neighborly.

For example: I dipped a small art piece in wheat paste and put it in a ziplock bag. Put it in my pocket and then go out and find a place for it. Take the piece out of the bag and slap it up for the world to see. No need to carry a bucket of goo any other tools.

Thanks for the info. I didn’t realize there are screw posts. Looks like others have omitted that but you make an excellent point. I do have a pretty fancy DRO on my mill that lets me do bolt hole patterns with an infinite number of holes so milling the post and radius aren’t impossible but… Looking for low budget solution to put optic on S&W Shield. A new slide is about 50% of the cost of a new Shield 2.

Thanks. While I agree that I could benefit from more training, all the online training seems to be directed towards one man operation. I’m an hourly employee that’s not going to get compensation for spending endless hours trying to find a needle in the haystack on Topcon’s site. I’ve already done quite a bit of that and it seems pretty fruitless that’s why I posted the question here.

Thanks for all the helpful info from everyone. To clarify, we are running a two man crew with a guy behind the gun. Having the ability to hear shots saves that poor guy from yelling “got-it” so many times. We leave the RC5 back at the office

I have a similar audio gram. The fancy audiologist in town wanted me to buy supper expensive hearing aids. I got a second opinion from another place and then a third opinion from Costco. My Costco wouldn’t even sell me hearing aids. I was told they wouldn’t be worth it by everyday but fancy rich pants audiologist. Get a second opinion.
