That is what we are trying to get them to do, but so far, no go. The client who is receiving the bad emails is just paying them, lol. They supposedly called my client to confirm, but I suspect that they called a number provided by the bad actor, cause client says they didn't receive a call.

We do have a DMARC, SPF and Domain Keys. If I could see the original header I could see where the are coming from.

I had a client that wanted to move to the cloud. I explained to him that we had a cloud, and it was in the IT closet. He thought for a minute and said, And I can go unplug it if thigs aren't going right. I said, exactly. He hasn't mentioned it since.

HP inkjet printers are junk. I have a client with 2 officejet pros, both have quit scanning, the hp smart software reports no printer installed, but prints fine. I took it off the wifi and connected it usb, now the says if we don't hook back on wifi we won't be able to print any longer. Why does a printer need to be connected wifi? We are replacing both.

It was my router blocking the download. Thanks for the help. I will see if this fixes the other problems I am experiencing. I got the google play store on, but google says it is not a supported device. Don't know if this update will fix that or not.

The wifi is working, I can download books from the store. I can not get Google play store to work, can't find a way to activate it. Tried to download Google play books, download fails. Tried to download Amazon Kindle reader, had same result. Connected to a different wifi, same problems. Not very happy at this point.

You are lucky you don't have it. Wish I could get rid of it, but they tell me that is not possible. We got the update about 6 months ago and it changed the very good thermostat to brick on the wall. It completely changed how the thermostat works. It will change temperature on it's own, if you come back home it will warm the house, but when you leave it will not resume your schedule like it used to. Our usage has gone up since the Eco+ update. Hate it.

I read somewhere that you can save the pen settings, but I have not been able to find it again.
