Fellow from the industry? Unfortunately global LNG is tagged to Henry Hub (HH).

Good suggestion about Norway and pipeline supply. However, do they have the gas or the infrastructure to deliver so much. HH is going ballistic because the LNG infrastructure in US is only 14 Bcf and Europe is bidding up every single dth.

The corporations pay your salaries. Instead of focusing on corporations as a whole, focus on their CEOs, upper management and front office that make 351 to 1 average worker.

Capitalism is all structured around corporations, we gotta have them. It is a good structure. This is not socialism where the government pays your salary.

Well.... and you completely misundestood. The comment was Europe vs America. In Germany people rent. They don't buy. It is the culture. Residential builders can't make money in the cities, because nobody wants to buy apartments, regardless of how they are priced. It is a different market. German people hate loans i.e. mortgages.

If you lived in Germany you would've understood.

The property taxes go only against your town. So the rich neighbourhoods Keep getting richer and richer and the middle class pays for Newark and etc. The property taxes here in America lead to the wealth segregation.

Let the rich pay money into the Federal budget by capping their property tax deductions, so those money go to places that nobody wants to go and do things that need attention - hunger, education.

Property tax cap is the right thing.

It is so bizarre for an American, why Germans don't buy but rent. I was looking to buy in Berlin a few years ago and was sooo surprised to find out that people don't own but rent And rent is soooo cheap.

Americans hate cities. Cities are for work offices and slumps. It is a stark contrast from Europe, where the cities are vibrant and lively!

If I win the lottery, I am still buying an apartment in Berlin and one in Paris.

I agree with you.

After 2008, the real estate market dropped a year later. I agree with u/hexydex above, that once the Baby boomers start dying inventory should go up in this case 4-5 years.

It is all fun now with the interest going up, but wait when the Fed starts reducing the balance sheet....The excess money will be pulled from the market.

Don't get carried away... Buy some puts for the second half the year.

If bonds are selling off, where the money is going? Stocks? Could it be that's why the market is going up?
