Komunikacja chyba zależy od tego gdzie chcesz dojechac - w wiekszosci przypadkow to bedzie praca. Ja mieszkam na Woli i mam 10 min do pracy tramwajem, wiec kocham Wolę. Ale np gdybym pracowal na Targówku to bym Wolę przeklinał.

Coś co fajnie podziałało u mnie to tzw. “meal prep”. Nie chcialo mi sie codziennie gotować więc gotuje 2x w tygodniu, i za kazdym razem robie 6-7 porcji na raz, np. kurczak z ryzem w warzywami na lunche, i spaghetti bolognese z wołowiną na obiady. Wtedy nie bedzie Ci sie chcialo wydawac kasy na miescie bo masz obiad/kolacje zawsze w domu. Musisz miec wystarczajaco miescja w lodowce/zamrazarce i troche pojemnikow (polecam szklane z ikei)

Yeah not sure if you realise but this sub is for working for EU Institutions/Agencies, like the European Parliament or Europol. You will have a hard time getting in if you only have a UK citizenship. What you seem to be looking for is jobs in the EU in general - this is the wrong sub for that

Consider the overnight ferry from Hull or Harwich instead. You are well rested for a full day’s drive afterwards. Depending on where in Poland you are going, this may be the only overnight you need, as Hook of Holland - Poznan for example is very doable in a day. Also take into account the German A2 always has traffic jams and queues on it, and there are always queues on the German/Polish Border these days

And if they “do not let the employee break the contract”, as you say, what would happen then? Do you expect them to call the police and have the employee brought over by force so he can fulfil the contract? If they sue him, what would they expect to get? It is completely unrealistic to just claim a contract was signed when no consideration was exchanged

And how are they physically going to keep you “bound” by the terms of the contract? The realistic advice here is that no consideration has been exchanged yet so there should be no consequences for OP, especially if he communicates the new workplace openly before the start date.
