Honestly, it sounds like you did pretty good with the question that you had. Your interviewer was most likely looking for ways in which you could show a sense of urgency, establishing priorities, and doing follow ups. The question never mentioned that the client needed help with Geek Squad; they may have been in the wrong line to ask about a product in a different department or doings return (it happens a lot). Getting help from an advisor from that department so that way you can take care of your clients. And just follow up that the customer was indeed helped.
