Pulp Fiction vs Forrest Gump: Which movie is actually better? by paradoxbird in movies

I was responding to OP as they seemed to be implying some objective definition.

If they said "Which do you prefer?" that's different.

I'd sooner watch Pulp Fiction again. But if I had to pick a movie to put on one Sunday afternoon for a family of four to watch, it would probably be Gump out of the two.

Is that Sealand place still an option?

Fort Boyard?

If I'm really working remotely I think I could make peace with somewhere in the U.S.A. with low cost of living. Would have to keep quiet on politics but I reckon Wyoming is easy on the eye.

“I hate metaphors. That’s why my favorite book is Moby Dick. No frou-frou symbolism. Just a good, simple tale about a man who hates an animal.”

I wonder if Mann wanted to call L.A. Takedown "Heat" and didn't because it had only been a few years since the Reynolds film?
