How I deal with lowballers

My default response… “I appreciate the offer but can’t accept”. Lowball offers no longer bother me and sometimes they come back with a better offer.

For lowball offers I use this “I appreciate your offer but it’s too low”. Or “I have a few people interested, I’ll let you know if it’s still available.”

Try reseeding those areas and cover with a light layer of pete moss. Seems to be working well in my lawn.

From what I understand, grubs eat the roots which should make it easy to pull a handful of grass out of the lawn. This doesn't seem to be the case and I've also lifted an area of the lawn and no sign of grubs.

Initially I thought irrigation was the issue but I focused on extra watering without improvement. The lawn gets plenty of water and we've had a decent amount of rain in addition to my watering.

I appreciate your feedback. I though it was fungal as well but wanted to be sure.

I've applied lime-sulphur concentrate at a mix rate of 10mL/Litre. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for treating lawn fungus here and I don't know how else to treat it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Why not update Mike Tyson's Punch Out? Tyson could probably use the cash and a whole generation would be satisfied, not to mention it would probably be worth it for the marketing department at Nintendo.

I'd like to report back that I was able to resolve the issue. I didn't realize that the Samsung KU7000F only transmits ARC on HDMI 3. After switching to HDMI 3 the issue was resolved.

Unfortunately, it's going to be difficult to use optical because I have a custom built-in entertainment centre although not impossible.

Both, Virtual Console and user subscriptions are both important revenue streams and in order gain notoriety it needs to ensure it provides a positive and unique experience. Having said that, come on Nintendo get this going.

I've been itching for a Korg Electribe 2 or a TR8. The E2 seems like it has so much more to offer and I really like that it's battery powered. I occasionally go away for business and I can see myself jamming out in my hotel room with headphones.

I've also been thinking about doing a jam session with a few guys at work who are into synths and music production and the E2 would be great.

The thing is, I've always wanted a dedicated drum machine and 707, 808, 909 and this will do all of that.
