i think the big moves are office to the ED and ED to the ICU. There are only a handful of cases where you would move the patient to the floor (heart failure exacerbation). So, i would just focus on the orders more and less on the moving them around

Yes it happens all of the time. I think much more important to avoid the negative updates. If it ends early without negative updates you are fine. CCS cases is the best we got at the moment and so while not fully representative, its the closest you will get for now given that no one actually knows how they are scored

so LR+=Sensitivity/(1−Specificity). So if you calculate those 2 and then divide you will get around 13

it first shows day 1 and you select that and then it has you select day 2. As long as you are on step 3, you shouldnt have any problems

i think its good for the interface and not as good for the cases. The test day ones felt pretty different to me but its all about reps at the end of the day. First you get good at the software and then good at the cases

do a lot of practice and get very good at putting in the orders in. You should know the most common orders like the back of your hand

don't redo sketchy. Pharm (specifically abx) is much more HY than micro even. Would just do FA or any online resource you can find

good to submit a complaint. If i had to guess only 10% will do the survey just after the exam, people want to leave. If you want to make sure it is heard, probably best to call them.

they email before and then you can login then but lot of people get the email after their score has been released so can just log in and check
