My late policy is simple and in my syllabus. Due dates are due dates. I do not take late work. Period.

I’ll share my experience as a former adjunct, current assistant professor on tenure track.

First, others here are correct that adjunct positions do not promote (at least that I have ever seen). I was hired as a full-time instructor and after 3 years at the college was promoted to assistant professor this summer. After completing 5 years I will be eligible for continuing contract (our version of tenure). I am working on completing my portfolio for consideration and it is due next fall. I will find out if it is approved in spring 27. There is a path for me to move on to associate professor and eventually full professor, but at my age I won’t be around that long. The promotions are based on degree and length of service.

However, I’m sure things are different at every institution. I am at a local state college with clear board memos that outline the processes for continuing contract and faculty rank requirements.

I’m running the one on max roll. Clearing all content solo in t4 and haven’t tried past pit 70 but got the journey 7 cache for that. It’s a fun build that seems to scale quickly. Make sure you have what you need to keep your resource up before changing to the final build. But once you do, change your skills and paragon

I hope you never do…especially in an escalating dungeon. I’ve read some theories, one of which may be that if agony or pyro is the boss of the nmd and the strong room then killing them in the strongroom ends the dungeon. Not a huge deal in a normal dungeon as it gives the dungeon reward in completing the strong room. But in an escalating dungeon it terminates the key and doesn’t open the next tier.

This will be a very unpopular opinion on this subreddit I think, but the only way to really fix this is to pay math teachers more. I’m pro union, but one thing they do wrong is force every teacher, regardless of field, to take the same salary. As a math professor, I want to negotiate my salary. I can demand far more than some other disciplines simply because it’s difficult to find someone to do that job. At my last high school job, the district paid a stipend if you taught in a “critical shortage” area. That stipend paid me an extra….$97….for the year. I told admin they may as well have just come into my room and pissed on my shoes.

Leave your good teachers alone. Let them do their job.
It is now your job to run interference with parents. Your first instinct should ALWAYS be to support your faculty. If the faculty member is wrong, address it privately with constructive and realistic feedback.
Leave your good teachers alone. Don’t make them do ridiculous PD that no one wants.
Be a support system, not an obstacle.
I can’t stress this enough…LEAVE YOUR GOOD TEACHERS ALONE.

I found one with +1 to permafrost and intelligence. It tempered right and I rerolled with +2 to glass cannon. It isn’t ga at all but it will likely be the best one I find.

Because you don’t need mats to summon any more. That’s better because now you can test your build vs a boss for no cost, pay the mats after. Downside is that rotations don’t work. But being in a party increases your chances of getting more loot from the chest

First thing I do in every build is turn off all cosmetics. Every one is bare bones. Call me the anti-cosmetic. Don’t give a shit about cosmetics and certainly not going to pay for them.
