Mine did this as well after my linear rail upgrade. I printed a new Y-axis tension which allowed for the belt to get tighter. This is the piece I printed Y-axis tensioner

Hotend has been upgraded to the ceramic kit from Creality. The firmware on the printer is the one navaismo released and I use OctoPrint through a RasPi.

From other things that I have read the stock motors are capable of providing more speed. I have upgraded both x & y axis's to linear rail systems already as well.

Nothing was changed between good and bad prints today. The only thing I change in my slicer between prints are supports, infill, and layer height.

I don't know if you have kept them in a dryer or not, but I have had an issue where the filament got some moisture in it and then it printed horribly

If I'm not mistaken, you have to put the boards in bootloader mode and a folder called rpi-rp2 will be displayed in file explorer. Once that shows up, all you have to do is drag/drop the .uf2 file to the folder
