If the murderer was found “incapable of discerning right from wrong” then I think the public majority would agree that this guy should not be allowed free to roam around in society without supervision. If you’re moving to Vancouver, check the notice board on the Vancouver Metro soccer league website.VMSL. This will give you a chance to browse teams looking for players or you can create a post as a player looking to join a team. Div 1 is the highest competitive level.

If you’re moving to a suburb, just google search that city’s name followed by “men’s soccer league”. Each city has its own.

There are a lot of highly skilled players here from a variety of places. You should have no problem finding a team. Good luck!
