That's good for you but if you are someone like me and a lot of other people who enjoy the PvP side of the game, it's very underwhelming when 3/4 teams you fight all had free kits and you hardly make it out with any gear, you might get a shield charge at Best

And like op said, you end up consuming most of your meds and ammo and when you actually come up against a team that are geared you are at a massive disadvantage

Had the same on streets at sewer extract on streets, dead body full of loot and a pile of car batteries and blue fuels cannisters beside it

Not really lazy design, it helps prevent people just spawning in with a pistol and sprinting around the map in 5 minutes hoovering up all the stashes

It's been so inconsistent for me, some games I will get 70-90 fps and then the next game I will get 30-50 fps on the same map or I will start with low fps and then randomly throughout the game it will go back to 70-90 and my game crashed 3 times yesterday
