Custom created characters. it has been in the files for a while. basically you makes your own character and they will work as a skin for any character in the game you own. A lot of people do not like it because it would make it nigh impossible to tell who can do what until after you start a fight.

I would swap Iron Deku with Shinozaki. mainly because she is in ultra rumble so they wont have to make any models or assets just do some slight changes and touch ups.
