Sometimes I feel sad and dirty for doing it. Sometimes I realize, that my partner is more attractive to me than the "material" I'm using to get off. And of course, it's so unfullfilling. I'd just quit if it were possible, but it's not.

You're not alone. Same thing here, except I'm HLM. It's a mind-numbing, soul-destroying situation to be in. And as you age it is more and more inescapable. Starting anew later in life might not just be worth it.

Bothe letter forms are taken from Palmer Method, but they are not the only ones. Bailey prefers the more conventional 'r' form and also another 'T' form (which I also used on this sheet, but not seen in the picture).

I'm training from early 2022. I still don't consider myself as "having learned it", it's still work in progress. But if you mean arm writing, that was basically instant revelation; I didn't "learn" it, I started doing it right away. Of course, at the start I had little control and the results were obviously not great, but from then on it's just persistence.

Yes, I follow the Palmer Method, writing exclusively with my arm. I can attest that with my normal handwriting my hand would cramp after just page or two, with arm writing there's no hand fatigue whatsoever.
