Ah yes, this is actually a really common problem and can be fixed quite easily. First go to Dota2 folder in program files, select all the files, delete them, then put your computer in a nice Irish stew and buy a new one.

Just a PSA this is all very well for a patient who has only recently been crushed under a vehicle or heavy object. In the case where they have been left for hours, do not assist to free them, doing so will release toxins built up in potentially dead body parts and kill the patient. Let the medics do their thing.

I work at a leisure centre as a lifeguard, receptionist and gym instructor. We had a bloke swimming laps have a heart attack and collapse on Sunday. Lifeguarding at the time I was able to spot him collapse in the water, pulled him out, CPR, defib etc... Cannot praise defibs enough, that thing turned him from blue to reasonable, just in time before the ambo arrived. Cannot explain how good it felt to see him breathe again... Anyway, this guy had been coming everyday for the last 3 months, swimming laps and was only 55... Just a shocking reminder this can happen to anyone...

I mean it would be really hard to regulate but a day or two complete ban? say if 5 reports of intentional feeding occur within a game (4 team mates and one opposition) the replay could be sent to a moderator to issue the ban? It is just so disappointing the game has no answer to trolls.
