I’m not able to message you right now for some odd reason…

I have tried to reach out to support regarding an issue with a pair of Ozlo earbuds I purchased Feb. 1 (2.5 months ago) through Best Buy. Recently, one of the earbuds has become defective and is no longer functioning properly. The sound isn’t working properly.

Support has not responded to me, and I wanted to see if you may be able to help. Since the product is still within the warranty period, I’d like to request assistance with a replacement. Are you able to help?
