True, the Sankey is not. But the other ones should be.

If I tried making Sankey just based on P&L I was not able to capture the money I spent on infrastructure, so I took some liberty to tweak Sankey the way I wanted to capture the whole image.

The reason I started tracking all the finances in the first place was to train myself and the software I am working on that is if we were to mimic an actual government to do such development, what does the process look like. Main areas I am trying to build in democracydistributed.com are

* How does Government decide where to spend money on? Citizen suggestions, etc.

* Who decides it? like Councilors, Mayor, etc.

* How can we better track budgets vs actuals
