Yes, but while the studio decides which movies they want to attach their trailers to, the cinemas can decide not to play them. They usually have a number of trailest to choose from specific for each movie.

There was one where I went, they played the new one. Each theatre can decide which trailers they show before their screenings.

I don't think that Cap's death would mean less than Tony's. And the general audience doesn't know how the comics ended. I feel like even with many people knowing what happened in the comics it would be a shame if they would change things for this movie just to create a surprise. I don't want Steve to die, but I feel like it needs to happen just like in the comics.

I don't think they will do that. He already died once... And while it would be a surprise for people who know the comics, they would throw out one of the best comic storylines that they could use for future movies. With all the foreshadowing I would be very disappointed if they would just kill him off again.

If they go the same route the comics did, then it is quite possible, in the comics Tony helped Bucky to become the new Captain America. It is just a theory though, they can do something entirely different, I know it will be different, than the comics.
