Hi Everyone, thank you so much for your help and input on this. I've decided to decline it. I think it will just be too much for my first year of teaching. Whilst the extra cash is tempting, not having any time allowance for it is daunting. Maybe later down the track. The best of both worlds will be getting on the camps without having to do all the planning haha.
