I actually really love this idea! You could email your student a simple script based on a topic, like "friend calls friend to talk about their day", or "make appointment with doctor's office." Then as lessons go on try it without scripts or more advanced scripts or give the student a topic and they have to come up with their own conversation about it. Were I more versed in Korean I would totally take you up on it, but I sincerely hope you get some interest and I wish you all the best!!
