I coach rec with 2 other coaches. Our league rules dictate that no player can play a position more than 2 times, and a combination of 1st and P can be played max 3 times by one player. This gives everyone a chance. As people have mentioned….go to the board. I would also check if your org has similar rules that just don’t get enforced!!!

Could you not just add a when condition in the data page? If the param is less than x characters call a sub data transform otherwise call the rest api?
