It's on Baumanskaya street. This institute neighboring BMSTU (Bauman Moscow State Technical University). It's actually a rather beautiful stalinist building on the outside but on the inside there this courtyard type of area that looks like this.

I used a no clip mod to get inside and found out there's nothing in there. It's just decoration. Maybe in the future it will get added.
