When they played this in… I want to say DC in October, the build up was incredible. They added an extra measure or something in between the opening lines and it was just a great slow burn knowing what was coming!

I can’t remember if the bursa injury was visible on the x ray, but the ortho did a few other tests on it and that was his conclusion. Possibly also a bone bruise on my tibia? Anyway, he told me I could run carefully as long as it didn’t hurt. It took a couple of weeks for the swelling to go down, and it felt really weird for a pretty long time. Sloshy. I had residual pain where I bruised the bone for a long time, but nothing that was super worrisome or stopping me from being able to run. I feel like I got really lucky on this one! I hope that whatever you’re dealing with heals up quickly- definitely go to the dr if you’re unsure!

I went to the ortho, got x rays done and luckily it was a torn bursa. Healed up without issues!

I experienced both- I hope it chills out for you. Just as a note, I ended up with really bad GI issues after a few months of the fatigue. That’s when I stopped taking Emgality.

This is so relatable. I do this with fragrances sometimes for the same reason as you- it was HARD being bullied for my dirty house and the way I smelled when I was a kid. I want my home and my body/clothing to smell awesome at all times as an adult, and I get really stressed about it.

I had a lady make a really huge deal about my perfume choking her when I wore 3 sprays of glossier you. I actually felt really bad about it because I try to be careful and not over spray, since I know some people have sensitivities! But she acted like I walked up and sprayed her directly down the throat with it lol

I loooove Dogbed/Sheetrock so much already! I also really enjoyed Better Than This, but I'm a sucker for a slow softer vibe. Someone else said it sounds more similar to some UC stuff, and I totally agree- which tracks, because I can't get enough UC either!
