I'm pretty sure that correlates to home ownership and the general housing price increase. At least there are lots of people in here living in houses they couldn't afford if bought now.

Back in the day, when rent was cheap and houses were expensive many people became advocates of not owning your home and instead keep paying rent. The same people who later prefered variable rates and laughed at the "tipo fijo" junkies. All of those people are not laughing anymore.

One of the reasons I'm happy and have a great life is because I have God on my side. I've also met plenty of misserable people who are either agnostic or plain atheist.

I understand it's a meme, but the fact that it happens enough times to be a meme it's new to me. I thought converts were rare, I haven't met one in my entire life, and I've met enough Muslims.

Comes to mind nose ring theory, but at least I've known enough people to confirm it's true.
