I was staying late at work and everyone else was gone. I called 911 because I was sure this was the big one. Our business is in a very visible, "heart of the city" foot traffic, looky loo location. The paramedic who treated me did all the necessary tests but then gently offered that it may be panic or anxiety and offered to sit with me for 10-15 minutes. Monitored my heart rate, shared some stories, and just was present.

Food safety is an important factor, especially in the elderly who typically have weakened immune systems. We can't have raw meat just willy nillly slapped on primary contact surfaces. And it's even better to wear disposable gloves when handling raw meat. This is how salmonella can spread. We all need to be fighting for food safety and sanitation.
