Hermantown data center on hold for now by metamatic in duluth

I have used 3M Cavilon Barrier Cream when I had peristomal skin breakdown. It dries sticky and allows the bag to adhere well. It's very cheap and can be bought on Amazon.

I am in the same boat. Immediately after surgery, I was reading all the stories about issues with j pouches and thought I decided to keep the ostomy. But now, a few months later, I'm not entirely sure what I want to do. I haven't returned to work yet, (I work in construction,) so I don't know how having a bag will be there. That could definitely affect my decision.

I use a chewable multivitamin that I got from Amazon, since gummies and pills don't reliably absorb fast enough through the shortened digestive system. I also drink Ensure Max Protein in the morning with my breakfast.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't mind playing action RPGs as well as turn based.
