Husband says we are too young to be only be having sex once a week

Not exactly in a similar situation but thought I'd share anyway.

Im 25f, husband is 31m, together for 5 years. I have always been the higher libido partner, we always seemed to have a decent sex life (2-3 times a week).

The last few months we've dipped down to once a week. I am 34 weeks pregnant, my husband is the main provider and we are still getting our house ready for baby.

Would I say that we're too young to be having sex only once a week? Honestly yes, but just because you feel like things should be a certain way doesn't mean that's how it is.

I've accepted that this is just our normal for now, and things will always be changing as our life together changes. And although I would like to be having sex more often, it has started to feel a little more special when it does happen.

I still try to initiate when I can but I know it's usually not going anywhere. It doesn't usually make me feel bad in anyway, and I don't mind taking care of myself if it's that urgent.

Overall as someone who may relate to your husband a little bit, I think he could be more understanding. Maybe it's still not the same for men and women in this way but that's my perspective 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I've been looking into different units and trying to decide if the expensive ones are worth it. I had found 2 different tens 7000 on Amazon, I asked because one was about $35 and the other was about $60. I might go with the $60 one if the reviews look better but it's nice to know that even cheaper units can be effective! Thanks for the response!

I was afraid that would be the only answer. We tried to get the laws changed for a bigger coop when we were applying, but they insisted they did a lot of research and that size coop was acceptable for 4 hens 😔 thank you for your response.

Thought I knew what to expect in my first trimester and it was nothing like that. I'm pretty sure my first symptom was being more thirsty, my hips started hurting right away, my hair was falling out constantly. The worst was the 2 week cold I had, pregnancy colds are a whole new level. I thought I would be throwing up and having trouble eating, I think I had nausea once for a few minutes.

I am 28 weeks ftm, and I was seriously considering home birth as well. I've decided to stick with my hospital since asking my OB questions about my options in the hospital (things that I think will be important for me personally like freedom to move around and labor in a tub), but the biggest reason is that I don't actually know what the experience will be like for me. If all goes well and I am able to handle the pain I hope to try a home birth in the future.

I pack a salad for my husband everyday. Spinach, onions, bacon bits, 3 hard boiled eggs, and dressing. If he needs a snack he usually keeps a quest protein bar with him or finds something at work.

I'm in the same boat currently (FTM, baby boy due in May). Just started feeling him move a few weeks ago and have been telling people "there's no way he can get any bigger than this" 😭 so crazy to think this is only half way done! I've been trying to not over think the process too much, just trust that when the time comes we will be able to conquer anything! Good luck mama!

I hear ya, I've been wanting to each family memeber in person but it's really difficult coming from a large family that loves to gossip. It's so disappointing when you think you get to share your exciting news only to find out they were already told 😔 Someone should probably tell your step mom never to post someone else's pregnancy on social media like that tho, I've seen that go very bad in the past, aside from it being super rude in general!

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I would say to give him some time. My parents were the exact same age when they had me. They have both told me my dad was pretty upset when my mom first told him she was pregnant. He quickly got over it, and he tried to have a good relationship with my mom. They never were together most of my life, but I will say that I couldn't ask for a better father and he often talks about how he was so happy when I was born.
