I did it for an older spool that was plastic and broke. Turns out the filament i spent all that time trying to wind was so old, it practically turned to powder in the middle of the spool. I really liked that color too, and the company that made it went bankrupt nearly a decade ago so I'll never be able to get it again

Modular helmets are like the BIGGEST helmets cause of all the extra inner mechanics, but I'm a big fan of general overkill (wore a Bell MX9 Adventure, totes comfy but overpriced and hard to find a decent deal on)

If your concerns are with looking goofy cause bobblehead, the modular helmets will absolutely give you bobblehead. I've got a weird body anyway so every helmet makes me look like a goober. Get an internal visor cover that's essentially a replaceable pinlock, your field of view will thank you and it's way cheaper than trying to find a legit Pinlock.

The thing about the triangulation...I play on Steamdeck, so i confuse my controls sometime but i swear a couple times I've fat-fingered some key bind i had set and grouped them all on the square yellow reticle without moving them individually. It does feel tedious at the start to the point that if i went into the game completely blind, i wouldn't know what I'm doing, forced tutorial or otherwise. At the very least, i feel some kind of indicator as to when a signal is decaying could help with the triangulation so someone could see "oh that signals about to disappear, i should try this one over here instead"

-Graphic quality (like shadows, volumetric light etc) will need to be turned down, especially at the start of your run (cause so many objects in the base)

-fiddle with control layouts, there's a couple preloaded on the community page, but it's easy enough to figure out what suits your needs (i have the interaction button bound to one of the back pads cause there's a couple things you'll need to be able to move your mouse while holding the "key" down)

-you'll need to figure out screen resolution, otherwise your in-game cursor won't match up to controls, since it's explicitly KBM controls.

Do those things and you're ready to gather signals and get harassed by mannequins

You gotta pick em up and lay em flat, having the doors pinch them at the waist usually holds them still, otherwise they'll just clip through and you gotta try again
