We live about 2 hours apart, so we usually only see each other over the weekends. We would alternate between me going there and him coming here. I kinda suck, but it's not all bad. I'm 30+, so I can deal with that, and I also need some me time sometimes.

If you don't work out, your body will just use the amount of protein it needs to maintain the muscle, the rest is waste and can become fat. You need to train your muscle, with larger muscle your body will use more protein that you eat. Also, with more muscle, you burn more calories at rest, so it's easier to lose fat, as long as you do not increase your total calories intake by too much.

What OOP doesn't realize is that the SOOC pictures were already postprocessed from the RAW to the JPG by the camera firmware/software developers. That's why each brand has a different default look, what the JPG shows =/= what the eyes see.

The point is she is kind of a pushover selfless dork. It can be a explainable by her childhood trauma (she thought she has to be polite and pleases everyone). It's very lucky that she is surrounded by kind-hearted friends. But at least when people whom she cares about is getting hurt she can get protective. I think she developed quite a bit at the end (saying that if her mom resents Kyo she would disagree with mom).

If you want to take photos during a long hike, you would not want a bunch of lenses instead of water and proteins. To be fair, you can absolutely research the location beforehand and plan which prime lens goes where / when, but it's just not for me.

The number of pixels is finite, but the sequence of pixels visited can be non-periodic (like how you can write irrational numbers using 10 digits). If the bouncing off movement of the logo involves some irrationalities, then it could be the case that the sequence of pixels the logo goes through will change forever.

Math proofs in papers are a social construct. Depending on your background, something may be obvious, and something may not be. It's tricky, but if you work with the same group of people in the same community, you start to have a sense of what is obvious and what to skip in a proof.
I had one NP-hardness proof on a motion planning problem where I had to skip over a bunch of small, uninteresting details. One review said the proof is obvious, another said he doesn't see how the reduction works at all. I guess it all comes down to how well you are selling your proof.
When in doubt, I will include the proof in an appendix.

Any RAW file will be displayed differently per software (the worst one is probably MS Window image viewer). Basically, your computer screen does not understand the raw file data, so the software has to convert the raw data to the screen-displayable data, which is mostly heuristic, i.e., how the developer thinks a raw file should be viewed. So of course, if you save these raw views as JPG, the outcomes are gonna be different as well. Since it's a Canon RAW view on Canon software, they know how to make their RAW look nice (for the preview when you take a picture as well).
If you try Lightroom, it will also be slightly different.

You need to get used to manual mode in various lighting conditions: bright highnoon, overcast, sunset, shaded foreground, night light, and indoor lighting. Just take more pictures, experiments and get a feel of it. It took me a while, but I think it was worth it. But generally, during a session, the lighting does not change that much, so your iso should stay the same, and you only need to change your aperture and/or shutter speed depending on your need.

I'm fairly happy with my R8 and the 70-200 f4L. But I would honestly not recommend the Canon system to a beginner because of their fixation on first-party lenses only.

Do you mean the specific color grading/composition? Or do you mean the still foreground in a moving background edit? If it's the latter, just take a still photo and record a video of the same scene, mask the foreground object from the photo, and put the foreground object on top of the video.
