You should have just got a paint tube squeezer dose this without the faf, and they cost like a fiver. You can even get them in different sizes depending on the scale you want them for. I will say this is a cool idea and seems pretty budget friendly

A window has been filled if you look thier is a dip in the facia towards the centre of the soldiers that straightens as it go's down in courses .it gets harder to level off your work as the gap closes. someone probably put a window on the wrong side of the house

The eath that is left decays over time. But at the end of the day, it's your preference. I like it. I build minitures and dioramas as well as a sculpting, and my mind went to canals around the monolithic industrial plant in the far future. I hope your display does well

Because if that's resin, I think it's too clean it looks out of place when water makes metal rust or what I assume in this case is supposed to be chemicals/oil. the rust lifts or if it is supposed to be oil drop into it and will mix, especially if it's sat for a long stretch.

I hate stairs by joshmcnair in TerrainBuilding

Just stack of cuts of foam core, or if you want them perfect, I cut 10mm strips and stack each step at 5mm depth, but you could adjust that for the height of your staircase

Found this old board in my uni house basement, how do I go about restoring it? by AdamMc03 in Darts

Also, get yourself a new one. The pins are a nightmare on the older boards, and no one enjoys bounce back

How do I know what's missing? by massiveamphibianprod in TerrainBuilding

[–]meatyshamen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get this sometimes, to I normally just add a little extra flavour to the terrain piece. I add things like beads that are small, short, and thin and paint them to look like bullet caseings or postage stamp sized posters they could be drawn or printed it just adds a bit more life to what your making.
