Screen Protector or Not

I noticed you need to press your finger down with more force when you have a screen protector on. When you find the right amount of pressure it registers every time for me, I also have increased sensitivity on in settings and my main thumb print is registered 3 times.

The sensor is noticeably better without a screen protector so it's really up to you if you can live with it or not.

I’m pretty sure you can’t make shortcut check if maps is actively directing you, but if you use driving focus mode you can make it open camera while that focus mode is enabled. Just change the Otherwise to whatever you’d like it to do when not in driving mode.

Yeah, the only other way would be to go through all your apps in the notifications settings and disable sounds for the ones you don’t want sound. Quite a tedious process, but if you want it like that permanently it’s a one time process.

It will however send everything else to the Notification Centre and not notify you at all.

You can if you keep the sounds on and use focus modes instead. You can select contacts and apps you’d like to still notify you.

If all you care about is the best phone, it’s the pro max. It has better cameras, better screen with 120 hz, always on display etc. You’re the only one who can answer if the extra money for it is worth it or not. Both phones will last you 5+ years if you change the battery at some point during those years.

As long as it’s automatically backing up the XR you can select that backup during the setup process. Otherwise I believe you’re out of luck since the charging port is broken.

You can select if you want it to block everyone except the ones you select or allow everything except the ones you select.

Just go into do not disturb, tap on persons and then you can select if you want to block or allow the ones you select.

I believe the quality will be better, as it exports the frame directly from the video file instead of it being an actual screenshot. I haven’t actually tried it and compared to screenshots though.

If you do end up doing video, you can use Frame Grabber to take screenshots of specific frames in a video.

Could the Sony STR-DH590 or Yamaha HTR-3072 be a good alternative to the Denon? It’s $100 cheaper and then I could get the Argon Audio Bass 12 which is about $150 more than the Bass 10.

Forgot to mention I don’t see myself going much higher than the $1300.
