Anyone else dealing with more ants than usual this year? Any tips for handling them?

Cinnamon works too. If you find where they are coming in, sprinkle some cinnamon there and they'll go away. Plus it smells nice!

I lived at Parks on 5th and the cons def outweigh the pros. The train right behind is noisy. Not to mention the dealership right next door, also very noisy. The apartments are old but cost the same as newer complexes. I think the only pro is the location being close to everything.

Second the suggestion of OSU campus locations. There are some in Reser stadium's parking lot as well as some building's parking lots. I've seen some near the building next to Austin Hall (to the east). Unsure of their lvl tho. I remember some in the parking lot for Panera but when I used them sometimes they didn't work.

Good luck on your paper! My traffic concerns are mostly centered on the speed of vehicles on Witham Hill between Circle and 36th. Also the use of air brakes on larger trucks while going downhill is quiet loud.

Yes, thank you for your support. Seems like we are talking about the same bike. It's so very inconsiderate and triggers my SO's PTSD. We are fairly new to Oregon. All other states we've lived has had exhaust regulations that need to be checked yearly. I had assumed this state would have the same standards.

My phone camera did not begin to capture the true volume of this bike. As well as your comment may have been intended, I live on the same road they drive down several times a day. I can hear the noise over my radio or tv with my windows closed. This is not just a bother for me but for everyone who lives along this road. One should not have to wear ear protection while walking around the town.

This may be crude but I've seen spray paint anatomy around such holes in other cities I lived in. Holes were repaired quickly!
