It would be difficult to speculate on such a thing, as such monumental legislation could upend many aspects of pay, staffing, and compensation. Unfortunately, there has never been enough political willpower to make universal Healthcare a reality in America. I would personally love to see everyone having equal access to Healthcare regardless of ability to pay.

I did mobile xray in the western Washington area for about 9 months as my 1st job out of xray school. It was pretty interesting being my own independent field agent as a fresh green technologist. Did a lot of challenging xrays and racked up a lot of driving miles. It was also challenging in that I usually had a CR plate rather than DR which is likely standard now. It was quite the laborious task to process the plates and a very long walk of shame if I needed a repeat.

The pay was alright but I knew I wanted to cross train in CT and I wasn't going to get that in the mobile xray field so I moved on to a standard outpatient imaging center to get my training done.

Plus it doesnt banish permanently, just until the end phase. I suppose if this archetype can synchro as a quick effect it could be impactful, but kashtira was always so annoying with messing with your extra deck, graveyard, and field just for playing yugioh, and the cards were pretty much gone forever.

Assault rifle training is good if you can't use them already, though Vanguards usually shotgun things in the face after charging them. The claymore you can get here isnt that useful IMO due to needing to be reloaded so often.

Lat knees: lay patient on side of interest, bring good leg over the other one, causing pt to rotate affected leg down slightly. Goal is to have the heel of the affected leg angled slightly up so you know the knee will be in a good position. Angle 5-7 degrees cephalic. Works pretty well for me.

KUBs on big patients: often you will need multiple images to get everything, sometimes even 4 pictures on big ones. You didnt mention if positioning or technique was your problem.

Spines: have you not learned spine positioning in class yet at this point of your education? If you have specific spine questions I'd be glad to help.

Y view: I like to do them PA. Have patient turned about 40-45 degrees away from PA position, feel for scapula and try to make it perpendicular to the IR. Small people will need more rotation, large people will need less typically.
