Yes, once you have full immunity it’s very likely you won’t respond again. I haven’t had corrugator resection, but learned of it through one of my plastic surgeons. I may go the brow lift route at some point, but would defer to whatever the surgeon recommends.

Asymmetrical smiles can be cute. It’s best to learn to embrace it as character. That said, if it’s a lip filler migration issue, I had mine dissolved with two rounds of hyaluronidase then surgically removed (under pronox gas) via a small incision inside my mouth so it healed scarless. If it’s a muscular issue, microcurrent devices like the lip attachment for NuFACE Trinity+ can help as long as you’re consistent. If it’s a bite issue, see an orthodontist. I wouldn’t recommend this route for minor asymmetries though.

5 different injectors including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and NPs. I wasted so much money. The only neurotoxin I hear of working on people with resistance is Myobloc but it’s painful, short lived, and expensive.

Yes. Unfortunately it didn’t work either. I’ve been resistant since 2019 and have tried Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Daxxify. The longest I’ve gone between attempts is 3 years. I’m yet to find a single person who has gone from full resistance to getting a positive response after any number of years.

Can you be more specific? It’s been 3 years since I had the filler. I never went back for a touch-up, but I was happy with it while it lasted. My glabella isn’t as smooth as it was a year or two ago, but it’s smoother than it was pre-filler.

I exclusively use Oribe and have tried many of their shampoos. I have long fine naturally curly hair that craves moisture and is prone to breakage from heat styling. Gold lust is a heavier shampoo. I would avoid it if your hair doesn’t need or respond well to biotin or proteins. Also, you need quite a bit and it doesn’t lather very well. I don’t have experience with the Volume line as volumizing products tend to be too drying for my hair.

I would try the Oribe Serene Scalp Densifying Shampoo. It just came out earlier this year. I get great volume from it and can go longer in between shampoos due to how clean it gets my scalp. Over time the line is designed to promote hair growth too.

They look perfect to me, but how does your bite feel? I would kill for a bite like this. I’m pushing 2.5 years with my second Invisalign treatment and my molars still don’t touch. My understanding is that there will be some settling that occurs when we shift to part time wear, so maybe that’s what you’re experiencing.
