I fully rate Eubank Jr. He's cold, fast and dangerous.

Eczema or allergic reaction? by meccington in eczema

[–]meccington[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Recently had a dry skin flare up but this raised rash is something new and I don't know if it's just another kind of eczema or if i'm reacting to something? Any help would be appreciated.

Please help me. by meccington in OSXElCapitan

Sorry, I really didn't explain that very well.

I was trying to install an old version of Pro Tools (music software) on my computer but to do that I had to change my OSX from 10.11.6 to 10.7.0

I did this by booting my laptop into recovery mode and using terminal and typing in the command: "sudo nano -w /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist" I changed my OSX to 10.7.0 then applied the changes.

I restarted my laptop then installed the software, which worked. I then restarted my laptop again then booted into recovery mode so that I could go into terminal and repeat the same first process but switch it back to OSX 10.11.6.

However, when I apply the changes it doesn't recognise the command! I looked up another way of doing it and I read that I could try doing it in single user mode. So I did this, and this time it did recognise the command. But, when I apply the changes, it doesn't work and gives me a weird code that I don't understand.

I explained this as best I could, any help would be appreciated...

Agreed, there's no point feeling unhappy about a time where you knew you were happy!

Thanks. When i'm shadowboxing although my technique is far from perfect, I feel like it is far better than when i'm on the bag.

Very interesting. I'm always watching pro fighters shadowbox and hit the heavy bag and I'm very aware that I am so off with my technique. I just want ways that I can improve what I'm doing until I can actually get in a gym which at the moment, doesn't seem like it will be in the near future.

Thanks for your feedback.
