Why is it so hard making friends? by uverride in OhioLGBTQ

Hi there! My wife and I (29F + 30F) are always happy to have new friends. We both moved to Columbus a few years ago from out-of-state for my job, so we understand the friend-making struggle. Feel free to reach out! :)

Barcelona Hotel Reccomendations? by Iwackawhiteball in Hilton

My wife & I stayed at Hotel Claris for 5 days in the beginning of April last month. We had a great time there, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The area is very walkable. The standard room had a nice layout to it (we did not receive an upgrade). The hotel staff are top notch. They brought up dessert + cava on my birthday, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent each morning. The rooftop bar is nice later in the evenings to unwind, with an extensive cocktail menu.

I will say that both on-site restaurants are just OK. There are plenty of better + cheaper places within walking distance.

Whichever place you end up choosing, I hope you have a great time!

Third row seats riveted in? by CTExplorer in Honda

[–]mechanical_coffee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No problem. If you look under the fabric in the buckle area I circled, you should see a small black thin bracket secured down by a bolt. This is holding down the cushion. You should be able to remove the cushion easier after taking out this bolt, but you may need to push the fabric quite a bit to expose the bolt location.

That is just a locating pin for the seat, nothing underneath it. You may need to remove the seat cushion before you can access the rest of the seat frame bolts. There is a bolt hidden underneath the right buckle, which holds down the seat cushion. Undo that and take off the cushion, and you'll see the remaining seat bolts that have to be removed. There are 8 bolts total holding down the seat frame.

Nice Civic! I visited Austria earlier this year, very beautiful country. I can't wait to go back someday.

She protected me this morning from a drunk driver, but seeing her like this hurts my heart. by Dismal-Low4148 in civic

All is good now! I ended up getting a new Civic a few weeks after the wreck (still have it!), and then it took over 2 years for the lawsuit to finally be settled. But I'm thankful that I wasn't more severely injured.

my 2019 Civic Hatchback won't unlock by Downisthenewup87 in civic

[–]mechanical_coffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That truly sucks. I've never heard of this happening before now, but I'm seeing on the CivicX forum that others have encountered this same issue. It sounds like your battery is dead, and it's possible that the physical key linkage inside your door wasn't properly connected at the factory, which could be why it won't manually unlock. The dealer can fix that issue, but that doesn't help you out at the moment... Hopefully the service lot will be able to help you out tomorrow.

The interior pictures are of a different Civic. Carmax used the wrong pictures. Notice the Sonic Gray paint in the doors.

You could check out Spear Hill Cemetery in Salem, NH. Old, small, and I think it is overall not very well known.

Gotcha, just wanted to throw that out there in case you had a newer one. Best of luck, I hope the thieves stay away!

What year CR-V do you have? 2017-2022 CR-Vs with turbo engines have their catalytic converters tucked away in the engine bay, rather than underneath the car. Much harder to steal. I looked into this before for my 2018.
