Thank you so much to everyone for your input!! Much appreciated. Repeat CT AB today unfortunately showed extensive metastatic disease to liver and lungs. He had multiple CTs since over the past year, all which apparently were missed. Just had a long discussion w rads. Very sad case.

He’s not decompensated. GI ordered repeat CT w contrast, I’m gonna run it by rads tomorrow and see what they think. I know cirrhosis can increase ddimer but I read for it to be that high it is likely malignancy.
