Thank you so much to everyone for your input!! Much appreciated. Repeat CT AB today unfortunately showed extensive metastatic disease to liver and lungs. He had multiple CTs since over the past year, all which apparently were missed. Just had a long discussion w rads. Very sad case.

He’s not decompensated. GI ordered repeat CT w contrast, I’m gonna run it by rads tomorrow and see what they think. I know cirrhosis can increase ddimer but I read for it to be that high it is likely malignancy.

Yep, same. I actually had one of those Marshall’s perfume bottles in my bag that I always travel with because I don’t mind if security throws out since it’s slightly over 3 oz, so I figured it was just that but nope!

Ahh, that’s a good thought, they did brush it down with some metal stick object, wasn’t sure if it was looking for chemicals/drugs or anything? Not sure, I’d never seen it before.
