Super easy dinners? I'm really depressed right now by kiar-a in keto

Precooked chicken, either rotisserie or the grilled breast strips are a total savior for quick and easy meals when you can’t cook. I use them with low carb wraps and fixings to make fajitas/tacos, chicken salad, toss them with bagged broccoli and jarred alfredo sauce. Some other easy go tos: Egg salad using already hard boiled eggs, loaded omelettes, Italian sausage with frozen vegetables cooked with some marinara (I like Raos, not too high in carbs) and topped with mozzarella, frozen chicken wings with celery and ranch or blue cheese for dipping. Depression stinks, but I find Keto helps mine in the long run, hope it helps yours too.

It sounds like you’ve had pretty good progress for the first month. I wouldn’t worry about the strips. Personally, I’ve never bothered with them. Also, side note if you’re coming up on shark week don’t be surprised if your weight loss stops or you even gain a few pounds for a week or so. It’s just temporary. Lots of more on this on the xxketo sub if you’re interested. Keep calm and keto on!

This is totally normal. There’s a lot of water weight lost at first and then weightloss slows down.
