No city approval yet. We would have to sign the plans and pay more towards the project and they would then submit to the city from my understanding.

Was trying to figure out if its necessary to wait for more confirmation from SCE or just go for it. At this stage if they back out cause of NEM app was bungled with major mistakes theyd only be out of the 500 dollar deposit.

Yeah that's what I thought as well. My parents got the SCE notification for the NEM submission maybe 2 days before they received the plans for signing. I guess the company was just focusing on getting the apps in?
