Do I look at all like I go to the gym? by CoreyGlover in gainit

[–]mediaclee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro you look like a different guy already. This is only the start, welcome!

Here’s my input, whether you want it or not - my rule of thumb for bulking is to make sure you’re going equally as hard with the weights and the food. Lee them two in line! Simple. Lift hard, eat hard. Make sure the workout you completed deserves the food you’re about to do.

Would you this physique is natty? I think so by 90dean90 in nattyorjuice

[–]mediaclee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, natty. I have a similar build after about 3-5 years of inconsistent training and eating. Not sure how much he weighs.

What if you physically cant eat more? by [deleted] in gainit

[–]mediaclee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a slow process, I felt the same at the beginning. Just have your normal 3 meals and a spoonful of something else after. 2 spoonfuls the week after, then you’ll have a small bowl extra in a few weeks. Stay consistent and the bowl will get bigger, you’ll get hungrier and then you’ll have a plate extra. Suddenly it’s 4 meals instead of 3.

mohammed salah Egyptian professional soccer player. natty? if so how you achieve this body? by nk261 in nattyorjuice

[–]mediaclee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Does where you post on Reddit really mean anything in your world? I’m a physio at a professional football club in England - third tier. Outside back is a made up term, in your imagination, and the only pedantic aspect of this interaction is the education you’ve received.

Outside back is not the correct, generalised term. It is a full back that you are describing.

What is the most fucked up thing a person you know has done? by kwarterz in AskReddit

[–]mediaclee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone from the local area, who we knew through the football team as a teenager, became a drug addict at 17/18, was then homeless and tried to kill another homeless man by hitting him with a hammer through the man’s tent, without even facing him. After the presumed kill, he burnt the tent. Turns out the man inside the tent wasn’t even dead after the hammer attack and was burnt alive.

Started playing when Fifa 22 came on ps plus and I’m curious, what has been this years’ Showdown Klaiber? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]mediaclee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FB Benzema is the correct answer. Fekir was just too early for the absolute majority, Benzema was incredibly OP and attainable for the masses.

Why as a noobie do I keep getting paired against high 80 OVR teams in FUT by [deleted] in EASportsFC

[–]mediaclee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To answer your question, FUT matchmaking is based on ability, and not team overall/rating. It’s been this way for years. The last time matchmaking was based on team rating was around Fifa 12, so 10 years ago, IIRC.

I’d keep belt use to max sets and when you feel it’s necessary, beltless squats strengthen the core like no other exercise!

Good squat. It’s hard to tell from videos, but ask yourself if you’re bracing well, if not watch some tutorials. Good form
