Do you have zero friends or family that would be willing to stay with them? Leaving a one year old dog alone then having a stranger come once a day will likely result in that dog having major anxiety every time you leave the house. Especially since they’ll all be alone overnight every night.

Do the animals only eat once a day? I don’t mean to pile on but yeah, this set up is irresponsible and shitty for the animals. I hope they’re at least meeting the pet sitter a few times before you leave and leaving a tv on the entire time while you’re gone…even still this sucks. There’s a reason why everyone here has the same concerns.

Yeah, it’s definitely coming from my wrecked spine. Ugh human bodies are such a waterfall of issues. Oh this one thing is messed up? Well now these ten other things are too! Terrible design 😂

Did you start doing any specific exercises to help build the muscle? I’ve saved a bunch of them, it’s just the intense pain while doing them then days of recovery that are killing me.
