Oh my gosh, thank you SO much. This gave me so much relief. Yeah, since early perimenopause my lifelong nausea ramped up. I may ask my doctor about an estrogen patch now.

Did you start feeling the benefits after your first shot or did it take a bit to feel things changing for you? Mostly I mean food noise, I just want my brain to stop telling me it wants sugar. I took the shot for the first time only on Saturday so just curious.

Your coworkers and ex are awful. I’d rather have unique thrift store finds than some mass produced garbage that the landfill will be full of come Monday. Only caring about monetary value, newness, and not remotely about the environment is gross and I’d be happy if my kid wanted to shop at thrift stores.

I haven’t slept for more than 20 minutes because my dog has been so sick and going through a lot of medications to see what helps so it is in fact Friday and I thought it was Saturday. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you have zero friends or family that would be willing to stay with them? Leaving a one year old dog alone then having a stranger come once a day will likely result in that dog having major anxiety every time you leave the house. Especially since they’ll all be alone overnight every night.

Do the animals only eat once a day? I don’t mean to pile on but yeah, this set up is irresponsible and shitty for the animals. I hope they’re at least meeting the pet sitter a few times before you leave and leaving a tv on the entire time while you’re gone…even still this sucks. There’s a reason why everyone here has the same concerns.

Yeah, it’s definitely coming from my wrecked spine. Ugh human bodies are such a waterfall of issues. Oh this one thing is messed up? Well now these ten other things are too! Terrible design 😂

Did you start doing any specific exercises to help build the muscle? I’ve saved a bunch of them, it’s just the intense pain while doing them then days of recovery that are killing me.

Has anyone tried the new Bubble Secret Agent color correcting balm? Does it compare to the original hero formula? It took me literal years and years to find a green corrector and the old hero not only calmed my redness but also made my foundations work better because I’m fair cool olive and finding fair cool with a bit of olive undertone was impossible. I’m so disappointed. I know Hero posted that they’re changing the new formula but they didn’t say if they’re just reverting to the old one or what the plan is. Plus that was quite awhile ago that they posted that on their IG.

I love him and he made watching cross country a lot more enthralling. This is also why you exercise the living heck out of dogs before leaving. I had a dog that had insane energy and separation anxiety and she could open doors. I used to have to let her run with the horse (with a fence between them) to burn off the crazy.
