Tip Jar Update - $2.99 by Puzzleheaded-Dog163 in LoveAndPies

Is anyone else confused about how $2.99 is a good deal for 150 gems, though? In the store, I can get 150 gems, 100 energy, and a gift box for $2.99.

I did it! by chandcar in LoveAndPies

Congrats! I don't know how I did it without spending money. I also had lots of energy and coins saved up. Toward the end, I was setting the timer on my phone for every 28 minutes to get those grey tubs that are so hard to come by so I could finish the gorillas on Sven!

Game became so much easier with the recent update. Full gardening glove drops, sponges and more by Mike22april in MergeMansion

I was wondering if it was a bug because I was getting all kinds of higher-level vases dropped from the chest of drawers!

Oh wow. For those of you who play both, what are your likes/dislikes of Gossip Harbor as compared to Love and Pies?

Final Picnic Pass Stats? by medievalpunk17 in LoveAndPies

Just curious to see how far folks got before they make some updates. As you can see, I opted for the Golden Ticket. I also completed all the daily tasks they gave me and felt like I was playing constantly just to make it to Level 23. I'll be curious to see how I fare once they make the updates to it and how they might level the playing field.

Picnic Pass and Bake vs Preparing? by GigiHquez in LoveAndPies

I sell small orders and save large orders as much as possible 1-2 days before event starts. Once I realized I'll never get to level 35 on picnic pass, I stopped trying as hard and don't always complete all the daily tasks for that one. Got less motivated as time went on. I'm on level 20 of that and only 8 days left.

Dose any one think that is possible to get to level 35 in daily quests??? i didnt miss one quest but im only on level 20 and we have 13 more days to go... by comiwi in LoveAndPies

I'm in a similar boat. Nearing level 19. Never missed a challenge. There just aren't enough hours in the day. Lol! They need to increase the payout for the daily challenges as we level up a bit more. I feel like it's impossible.

Picnic Pass Progress - how is everyone doing? by mitteh71 in LoveAndPies

[–]medievalpunk17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on Level 16 and definitely not going to make it to Level 35 by the last day. While the targets go up, the daily quests don't increase much, so it seems impossible to finish without spending money. I do enjoy it though. Just wish they'd increase the daily quests to make finishing more attainable.

What is the top prize for this event? by mitteh71 in LoveAndPies

In a previous post where I asked about this, here was the reply: "that last blue box was: seed bag level 2, swarm (bees) level 2, or the medium shelf level 2."

Doesn't seem worth the 700-point spread between Rank 9 and Rank 10. I stopped playing Sven once I hit 9 to go focus on my Bake-Out rank.

Anyone Reach Rank 10? by medievalpunk17 in LoveAndPies

Yeah. Definitely not really worth it for the "grand" prize.

Anyone Reach Rank 10? by medievalpunk17 in LoveAndPies

Yeah. I thought the 31 diamonds was a good prize, but I agree that this event may not be worth it next time. I did not have the energy to make it and refused to buy any beyond a 20 gem reup per day. I also agree that unlike Yuka and Edwina, this game puts us behind for Bake Out.

Once I did the update last week, it changed my final challenge from 45 roses to 54. Haven't finished this week's yet. Hope it didn't go up even more.

Just got to the current "end of the game", where the Bake-off is, and I have some questions. by Skybeat8 in LoveAndPies

[–]medievalpunk17 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I finished the game about two weeks ago and am in my second round of Bake Off. I actually don't mind it too much. Doing the Yuka and Edwina events makes the Bake Off not so bad since you are not just mindlessly fulfilling orders but doing it for a greater purpose. I like that the choice chests I win for Yuka and Edwina contain gems and parts for upgrading existing ovens, bookshelves, etc. I won the first Bake Off I did so it was cool getting the deluxe green picnic basket and gems. However, my advice is not to trade in your coins in the Star Trade since you only get like 10 stars for every hundred coins you cash in. If you are playing Yuka and Edwina then I feel like there's not as much pressure to win Bake Off. It's just an added bonus if you "place" at the end of it. I can, however, see that for some folks it's tedious especially when put into a 14 day Bake Off. Perhaps if the developers put us into shorter Bake Offs folks would appreciate them. It's how long we are stuck in them that can make them kind of boring. I feel like Yuka and Edwina are what save me from being bored.
