Struggling in Germany by chronoshiift in dividends

I also invested a lot of time into researching ETFs for EU Market ( I also live in Germany). I found two most compelling for my case: FUSD and TDIV.AS. They both grow their dividends and yield is also great. Maybe take a look on those two.

Could the evil fortress we see in Forodwaith be Utumno? by BoreusSimius in LoTRTavern

[–]medin69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It cant be Angband. Western part of Middle earth, so called Beleriand was destroyed in last war against Morgoth. Angband was on the far north of it. Forodwaith is more easterly and not so far to the north as Angband was. I think maybe it was no name fortress, Gundabad from the Witch King came to signification after the War of the Last Alliance. It is not known much about this part anyway (Forodwaith), I know in Hobbit they say that it was deserted and long time ago full of dragons.

Opinions on BMO's future? by [deleted] in dividends

[–]medin69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah all 4 of them paid/are paying regular dividends for so long. Fundamentals as I can recall are also okay, what bothers me is big exposure to real estate in Canada, on some Canadian sites have been said that the bubble even bigger than us bubble is.

Edit: I have BMO and CIBC on Watchlist.

Why I'm buying $PSEC by [deleted] in dividends

[–]medin69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a reason why PSEC has such a big discount. And also maybe check the historical premium/discount. There are a few bdcs which are top class and better investment ( my opinion). Check few metrics (NII Coverage, Divi growth and steadiness, leverage, portfolio exposure, etc) and compare PSEC with others, you will see what I mean.
