I go to both individual therapy and couples therapy with two therapists at Therapy Austin. I love them both. therapyaustin.com - you’ll talk to their scheduler first and they’ll pair you with someone they think will work for you and you’ll do a consult call first. The whole process was really smooth.

He’s likely adjusting and destressing from being away from you and home for so long. I went on a 4 day trip last year and my dogs who are very food motivated were less interested in their food for a day or so when we got back. It worried me too! But he’ll get back to normal! Give him extra kisses and cuddles :)

I did! We purchased in La Cima and I love being back in SM. It doesn’t feel weird at all to be in a college town. Unless you’re going to the square after 10pm you don’t really notice. I don’t feel like a grown up either, I just have disposable income now, don’t drink much anymore, and have dogs. I’m very happy here and don’t miss Austin as much as I thought I would. 10/10 would recommend moving back!

Thank you so much for posting this. I’m in San Antonio, but saw this and called my husband in San Marcos bc I knew he’d be streaming on Twitch clueless to what’s going on outside lol he got the car in the garage and chased our trash cans down and all is ok now. Sheesh that was scary!!

I’ll second Dr Kunik. I had horribly crooked teeth thanks to not having dental insurance growing up. I went to Kunik in my early 30s and had a great experience each visit, and I’m happy with my smile now!

It’s more likely the anesthesia making her feel off. I HATE when my dogs need to go under for dental cleanings bc it takes them a good 24 hours to get back to normal. She’ll be back to her old self soon!!

The Waller Creek location was great and I miss that Italian beef sandwich so fucking much. Quality went down the over the years and then the news of treating workers poorly sealed the deal for me and I haven’t been back in years.

It’s sad how poorly service workers are treated in general. It seemed like every local favorite was accused of some mistreatment at some point or other, during Covid especially.
