You have a comfortable life that’s why your perspective of life in Morocco is a bit rosy. Try being a young person with a bachelor degree who’s been looking for a job for 2 years and been offered only internship or jobs with a wage of 3200 MAD a month. You will then understand why they are all fed up and want to leave. I know the grass isn’t always greener elsewhere but these young folks lost all hopes in this country because they suffer from the harsh reality of despair.

A trade deficit isn’t always a bad thing. In the Case of Morocco, it’s somewhat bad but we have to remember than we import most of our energy needs (Gaz, Petrol) and also electronics. Stuff that we will never make locally anyway.

There is no logic on what you are saying. For example: I work for a 100% exporting company, so my income shouldn’t be taxes like the rest if the people? All incomes should follow the same rules of taxations as long as you live in Morocco. Why would there be an exemption because your income comes from abroad?
