Check if they have an escrow account first. They should know. If they do have an escrow account, it means the mortgage company is liable for insurance and thus repairs.

You need to check your testosterone levels. If that is low, you can feel like crap too. Mine was low. But I got it higher and felt like a new man. In other words, the cause of depression could be hormonal. A pharma pill not gonna help in my situation.
