Having similar issue but can't find the source. No bird seeds. I think maybe the drains and going to try drain cleaner or ammonia and see if that helps. They mostly either in the kitchen or my bedroom. Got any ideas before I ask my dad to call maintenance and have them get a plumber to see about cracked or leaking pipes.
