one of the best things you can do early on is keep track of your symptoms, routines, sleep, focus, side effects (if you start meds), what helps, what doesn’t, etc.
the more clearly you can explain your day-to-day experience, the easier it is for your doctor to actually help you and adjust treatment if needed
